It is possible for us to arrange a late self-check in after 8pm; however, we will need the following to have been done by no later than 4pm on the day of arrival: 1)you'll need to sent us a scan/photo of your ID (ideally passport or driving licence)

Thank you for your enquiry and we apologise for the delayed reply. Our budget double rooms are all modern and have en-suite bathrooms; however, they are considerably smaller than our standard double rooms.

As we operate a very simple self-check out procedure, you can check out at anytime of day or night.
Thank you for your enquiry. No our hotel does not have a lift - rooms are accessed by stairs only.
Thank you for your message - all of our bedrooms, including our budget double rooms have their own bathroom (shower, basin, WC).
Thank you. If you book one of our Studio Aparthotel (Microwave and Fridge) bedroom types online, you will have a microwave and fridge in your room.
That is fine - just let us know you need to check in late in your booking message. You'll need to send scanned ID and take payment in advance to arrange a self-check in (a door code and leaving an envelope with your key in an assigned place.
Thank you - currently, we do not offer breakfast. We have options for heating up food in a microwave and a communal room for guests to eat food outside of their rooms. There are many local breakfast options in shops and cafes (3 to 5 minutes' walk).
Although we cannot guarantee an early check-in you can always leave your luggage in our [small] luggage room at any time on the day of check in.
You can isolate in our hotel if you are from a non-Red list country, as per the UK Government's current guidance headed 'Red, amber and green list rules for entering England'.

Check in is at 3pm, as Housekeeping need to be able to clean the rooms from 11am to 3pm, in order to maintain our standards of providing the the best possible standard of cleanliness in the rooms.
And yes of course you can leave your bags in reception and return for check in at 3pm.
